King's Apartment is a self-contained, ground-floor two-bedroom apartment with direct front-door access, a private gated driveway, a comfortable lounge and a kitchen ready for cooking and relaxing. French doors open from the lounge to a private decked garden.
Sleeping arrangements
Bedroom 1: King-size bed, two wardrobes with drawers, bedside storage, reading lights, full-length mirror and a wall-mounted 40-inch Roku TV.
Bedroom 2: King-size bed, wardrobe with drawers, dressing table with illuminated mirror, full-length mirror and a 40-inch Roku TV. Both bedrooms have roller blinds, with portable blackout blinds also supplied.
A travel cot and high chair are provided.
Living room & garden
Settle into the large comfortable sofa, enjoy the 65-inch Roku TV or share a meal at the drop-leaf dining table with four stored chairs. French doors open onto the private decked garden with seating and lighting. Outdoor cushions, rugs and lights are stored in the garden box.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dual-drawer air fryer, four-zone induction hob, fridge and freezer. Child-safety catches are fitted to lower cupboards and drawers.
Bathroom
A full bathroom has a P-shaped shower bath with dual-head rainfall shower, a large wash basin and supplied shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Parking, access & important information
The gated, block-paved driveway has space for up to three cars. The garage is not available to guests. The upstairs neighbour has access rights across the driveway to their own garden; the private decked area is for the apartment's guests.

Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out by 10:00am. Confirmed guests receive the exact address, entry arrangements and full digital guest guide before their stay.
